Walking
If you are near the Kumasi Central Market, head southwest on Market Street. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Kuffour Road. Turn left onto Kuffour Road and walk for another 1.2 km. You should see signs for Manhyia Palace as you approach. The palace entrance will be on your right.
Trotro (shared minibus)
From the Kumasi Central Market, find a trotro heading towards Tafo. Board the trotro and inform the conductor you want to go to Manhyia Palace. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Get off when you see the signs for Manhyia Palace, and it will be a short walk from there.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Kumasi. Simply tell the driver 'Manhyia Palace' or show them the address 'P93P+M2Q, Palace, Kumasi'. Taxis are readily available near the Central Market or along main roads. The ride should take approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
