If you are starting from the Kumasi Central Market, head southwest on Adum Road toward Bantu Street. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the Kumasi Sports Stadium on your right. Cross the road and continue straight onto the Nhyiaeso Road. After about 500 meters, you will see a sign for the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum on your left. The museum is located at P929+HXX, in the Ampabame area.

If you are coming from the Manhyia Palace, exit the palace grounds and turn right onto Manhyia Road. Walk straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction at the Kumasi Central Mosque. Turn left at the junction onto the Nhyiaeso Road. Continue straight for about 700 meters. You will see the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum on your right, marked by a sign at P929+HXX.

From the Kumasi Cultural Centre, walk southeast toward the main road (Nhyiaeso Road). Once you reach Nhyiaeso Road, turn left. Continue walking for about 1 km. The Prempeh II Jubilee Museum will be on your left at P929+HXX, just past the Kumasi Sports Stadium.
