To reach Zayaa Mud Mosque using public transportation, go to the nearest trotro station in Mamprugu. Look for a trotro heading towards Wulugu. The fare is usually around GHS 3-5. After about 30 minutes of travel, ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to the Zayaa Mud Mosque. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the mosque, which will be located on your left side along the Tamale-Navrongo Road.
