Car
If you're traveling by car within Mole National Park, head towards the park's main road. From the Mole Motel, drive south along the main road until you reach the junction near the entrance of the park. Take a right turn (west) at the junction and continue on this road. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see signs for Laadayiri Dam/Reservoir. The dam is located about 5 kilometers down this road. Please note that the roads can be rough, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for this section.

Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, first, make your way to the nearby town of Damongo, which is the nearest major town to Mole National Park. From Damongo, you can hire a taxi or take a shared minibus (known as 'trotro') heading towards Ole. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Laadayiri Dam. Once you arrive in Ole, you may need to walk or negotiate with a local taxi to take you directly to the dam, which is located about 2 kilometers from the town center.
