Walking
Starting from the entrance of Alameda Botanic Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards the main road, known as Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk straight for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Algeciras bus terminal. Here, you can catch a bus towards Algeciras. Once you're on the bus, stay on the bus until you reach the 'Urb. Playa Getares' stop. From the bus stop, walk for about 5 minutes towards the beach area, and you will arrive at Velair - Escuela de Vela.

From Alameda Botanic Gardens, make your way to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Look for buses heading towards Algeciras. Purchase a ticket from the driver or at the terminal, and take the bus. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the 'Urb. Playa Getares' stop, disembark and walk towards the beach for about 5 minutes to reach Velair - Escuela de Vela.
