Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Gibraltar Cable Car top station, follow the signposted walking trails towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve attractions. The viewing platform is approximately a 15-20 minute walk downhill from the top station. A Nature Reserve ticket is required. There are no additional costs for accessing the platform once inside the reserve.

  • Public Transport

    Take local bus number 10, which stops near the Cable Car base station. From the Cable Car base station, purchase a ticket for the cable car to the Top of the Rock. A return ticket costs approximately £19.50 for adults. From the top station, follow the walking directions. Alternatively, consider the Citibus Route 5 or Route 10 to the market place in the town center, then transfer to a route that stops near the Cable Car. A Hopper ticket allows unlimited use of the Citibus routes throughout the day.
