Start at the south end of Main Street, near the entrance to Casemates Square. Walk towards the north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with South Pavilion Road. Continue straight, passing by shops and cafes on your left and right. When you reach the end of Main Street, turn right onto South Pavilion Road. Follow this road around the bend until you see the entrance to the Charles V Wall on your left. The wall is located just a short walk up the path.
