Walking
From Main Street, head towards the northern end where you will find the junction with Governor's Parade. Walk straight ahead onto Governor's Parade until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A1 road (also known locally as Queensway). Continue walking along this road for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve on your right. Follow the signs for the Mediterranean Steps and begin your ascent. The steps will lead you along a beautiful path with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Alternatively, if you are near the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity on Main Street, exit the cathedral and walk towards the Main Street exit. Turn left onto Main Street and continue to the end until you reach the junction with the A1 road. Turn left onto A1 and follow the directions above.
