Remember to purchase a Nature Reserve ticket at the ticket office on Windmill Hill Road before starting the ascent. The Nature Reserve ticket costs £19 for adults.

Take bus routes 2 or 3 from the city center to the Alameda Gardens stop. From there, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of the Upper Rock Nature Reserve and the Mediterranean Steps.
