From Moorish Castle, start by heading southeast on the main path towards the entrance of the castle. Once you exit the castle grounds, turn left onto the main road (Avenida de la República Argentina). Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Calle General Castaños. Follow this street until you reach the next roundabout. Here, take the first exit onto Calle del Doctor Alvaro de la Calle. Continue straight until you reach another roundabout, then take the first exit onto Avenida de la Marina. Follow this road, and you will eventually see signs directing you towards Playa Getares. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes on foot.

Bus
From Moorish Castle, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the roundabout on Avenida de la República Argentina. Once there, board Bus Line 3 towards Algeciras. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at Plaza de Andalucía. From Plaza de Andalucía, transfer to Bus Line 7 towards Getares. Ride this bus for about 20 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to Urb. Playa Getares. Walk a short distance towards the Playa Getares area, and you will find Velair - Escuela de vela.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Moorish Castle. Simply ask the taxi driver to take you to 'Urb. Playa Getares, Algeciras'. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. This is a convenient option if you are traveling in a group or carrying equipment.
