Take the A-7 towards Estepona. After approximately 25 km, take exit 152 towards Estepona. Follow the signs for Estepona, and then follow the signs for Senda litoral de Estepona. There is free parking available near the entrance of the trail.

    From Rosia Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road (the bus stop may be called 'Rosia Bay'). Take bus number 10 towards La Línea. Once you arrive at the La Línea bus station, transfer to bus number 7 or 9 towards Estepona. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes.
