    From St. Michael's Cave, exit the cave and follow the path leading down towards the entrance of the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Once you reach the entrance, continue walking downhill on the main path. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you will reach the cable car station. From there, you can take the cable car down to the base of the Upper Rock. After disembarking, follow the signs leading to the main road and turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Main Street, then turn right. Follow Main Street for a few minutes until you reach Casemates Square, a popular hub with various shops and cafes. Bolonia is further away; consider taking a local bus from Casemates Square.

    After exploring St. Michael's Cave, exit the cave and walk towards the main road. Look for the bus stop near the entrance of the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. You can catch a bus that goes to the city center. Once in the city center, transfer to a bus heading towards Cádiz. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to ask the bus driver to inform you when you reach Bolonia. Once you arrive, follow the signs towards the beach area, as Bolonia is famous for its stunning coastline and dunes.
