From St. Michael's Cave, exit the cave and head down the path towards the main road, which is called the Upper Rock Nature Reserve road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking down the road. Follow the signs toward the city center (La Línea de la Concepción). As you walk, enjoy the views of the surrounding nature. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the junction where you can see a sign for 'Gibraltar Town'. Continue straight on this road for another 15 minutes until you reach the main plaza. From there, you can ask locals for directions to the bus station.

From St. Michael's Cave, exit and head towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve road. Walk down the path to reach the bus stop located near the cable car station. Take the number 2 bus heading towards 'Town Centre'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the final stop in the town center. From there, you can walk to the nearest bus station that services routes to Estepona.
