Follow the signs for 'Gibraltar Town' and keep walking until you reach the bus stop. Look for Line 2 or Line 3 buses heading towards the border or to Estepona. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop for Plaza Blas Infante in Estepona. The Museo Arqueológico will be directly in front of you.
