Getting There

  • Car

    From the center of Upper Rock Nature Reserve, head southeast towards the entrance road. Follow the signs for the A-383 road. Continue on the A-383 for approximately 2.5 kilometers until you reach the junction for the A-7. Merge onto the A-7 towards Algeciras. Stay on the A-7 for about 10 kilometers, then take the exit for N-340 towards Tarifa. Follow the N-340 for another 7 kilometers until you see signs for Valdevaqueros Beach. Turn left onto the road leading to Valdevaqueros, and you will arrive at the beach area shortly.

  • Public Transport

    From Upper Rock Nature Reserve, you can take a bus from the nearest bus stop located on Main Street. Look for the bus number that heads towards Algeciras. Once you arrive at the Algeciras bus station, transfer to a bus heading towards Tarifa. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the Valdevaqueros stop. The beach is just a short walk from the bus stop, following the signs towards Valdevaqueros Beach.
