Getting there

Metro

If you are near a metro station, take Line 1 (Green Line) towards Kifisia. Get off at the Monastiraki station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Monastiraki Square. From Monastiraki Square, head southwest towards Pl. Manou Rallous, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. You will pass by numerous shops and cafes along the way.

Bus

Locate the nearest bus stop and catch any bus heading towards Syntagma Square. Once at Syntagma Square, transfer to bus number 040 or 550 towards Monastiraki. Get off at the Monastiraki stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Pl. Manou Rallous. Navigate through the side streets towards the square, keeping an eye out for local shops and eateries.

Walking

If you are already in the central area of Athens, simply walk to Pl. Manou Rallous. Start from Syntagma Square and head towards Ermou Street. Continue straight until you reach Monastiraki Square. From there, follow the signs directing you to Pl. Manou Rallous. It should take around 15-20 minutes on foot, and you will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the streets.

Taxi

You can hail a taxi from anywhere in central Athens. Simply tell the driver 'Pl. Manou Rallous' or show them the address. The taxi will take you directly to your destination. Ensure that the meter is running, and be prepared for a short drive that should cost around 5-10 euros depending on traffic.

Tram

If you are near the tram lines, take Tram 1 towards Syntagma. Get off at the Syntagma stop and then walk towards Ermou Street to Monastiraki Square. From Monastiraki, it's a short 10-minute walk to Pl. Manou Rallous. Enjoy the bustling market atmosphere as you stroll through.
