Start your journey by taking the Metro Line 1 (Green Line) from any station in central Athens towards Kifisia. If you're near Monastiraki, catch the train towards Kifisia. Alight at the last stop, Kifisia station. From Kifisia, you will need to walk to the bus station located near the Kifisia train station.

Bus
Once at the Kifisia bus station, look for bus number 724 or 725 that travels towards Acharnes. The bus stop should be clearly marked. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the Acharnes station (around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic).

Walking
After alighting at Acharnes station, exit the bus and head in the direction of the Acharnes train station. Walk straight down Acharnes Street. After about 1 kilometer, you will start to see signs pointing towards Bafi Refuge. Follow the signs leading you onto a hiking path. The trail will lead you uphill towards the refuge. The total walking distance from the bus stop to Bafi Refuge is about 2 kilometers, which will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
