If you are in the city center, take the Metro Line 1 (Green Line) from Omonoia station toward Kifisia. Get off at the next station, Monastiraki. At Monastiraki, transfer to Line 3 (Blue Line) toward Egaleo and get off at the next station, Akropolis. From Akropolis station, exit and head northwest on Leoforos Vasilissis Amalias toward Vasilissis Sofias. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Logginou Street. Turn left onto Logginou Street, and you will find the First Cemetery of Athens on your left.

From Syntagma Square, take bus number 550 or 220 toward Kifisia. Get off at the stop named 'Logginou'. Once you disembark, walk along Logginou Street; the First Cemetery of Athens will be on your right. Make sure to have a map or a navigation app to confirm you're heading in the right direction.

If you are near the Acropolis, you can walk to the First Cemetery of Athens. Head east on Dionysiou Areopagitou Street, then turn left onto Leoforos Vasilissis Amalias. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Logginou Street. Turn left onto Logginou Street, and the cemetery will be on your left in approximately 10 minutes.
