Walking
From Syntagma Square, walk towards Ermou Street, then turn left onto Filellinon Street. Continue onto Makrigianni Street until you reach the museum. The walk takes about 15-20 minutes. From Plaka, walk towards the Acropolis along Adrianou Street, then turn right onto Lysicratous Street. Continue towards Dionysiou Areopagitou, where the museum is located.
Taxi
Taxis can drop you off directly at the Acropolis Museum entrance on Dionysiou Areopagitou Street. A taxi from Syntagma Square to the museum typically costs €5-€7 and takes 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Keep in mind that taxis may be difficult to find during peak hours.
