Getting There

  • Walking

    From Syntagma Square, head east towards Vasileos Georgiou A' Street. As you walk, you will see the Greek Parliament on your right. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Stadiou Street. Turn left onto Stadiou Street and walk for about 5 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach the junction with loannou Paparrigopoulou Street. Turn right onto loannou Paparrigopoulou. The museum will be on your left at number 5-7.

  • Metro

    If you prefer taking the metro, from Syntagma Square, head to the Syntagma Metro Station. Take the Metro Line 3 (the blue line) towards Doukissis Plakentias. Get off at the next stop, which is Monastiraki. From Monastiraki, exit the station and walk towards Ermou Street. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Stadiou Street. Turn right onto Stadiou Street and continue until you reach loannou Paparrigopoulou Street. Turn left and the museum will be on your left at number 5-7. Note that a metro ticket costs around €1.20.
