Walking
If you are already in Syntagma, Syntagma Square is just a short walk away. Head towards the main street, Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, which should be visible. Walk straight for about 5-10 minutes, and you will see the large square ahead. The square is surrounded by several important buildings, including the Greek Parliament (Vouli) and the Hotel Grande Bretagne. Look for the large fountain in the center as a landmark.

If you are further away in Syntagma, you can take the Athens Metro. The Syntagma Metro Station is located directly beneath the square. To access the station, look for the signs indicating the entrance (you'll find these in various locations around Syntagma). Once inside, purchase a ticket for €1.20 from the ticket machines or the ticket counter. Board a train on Line 3 (the blue line) or Line 1 (the green line) and get off at Syntagma Station.
