If you are starting from the Old Town of Chania, head towards the harbor area. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the views of the sea and the old lighthouse on your right. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of the Venetian Harbor. Keep walking along the harbor, and you will see the Neoria (Venetian Shipyards) on your left side.
