From Corfu Town, head to the central bus station located near the Old Fortress. Look for buses heading towards Himarë. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Himarë bus station, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Palermo Beach, which is about 1.5 kilometers away. Walking will take around 20 minutes.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Corfu Town directly to Palermo Beach in Himarë. The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Ensure to agree on a fare before you start your trip, as taxis may not have meters.
Ferry
From Corfu, you can also take a ferry to the nearby port of Saranda in Albania. Ferries run regularly, and the trip takes about 30-60 minutes. Once you arrive in Saranda, you can take a local bus or taxi to Himarë, which is approximately 30 kilometers away. Buses are available from the Saranda bus station to Himarë, and the ride should take about 1 hour.
