Getting There

  • Walking

    From Kavos, the most common starting point, the beach is a 2.7 km hike. The trail has some steep sections and requires appropriate footwear. Follow the signs towards Arkoudilas Beach. The hike takes approximately 45 minutes, offering scenic views along the way. No costs are associated with walking.

  • 4x4 Vehicle

    The beach can be accessed via a dirt road suitable for 4x4 vehicles. From Kavos, follow the road towards Cape Asprokavos and turn right at Paleochori crossroad. Continue past Agios Spiridon South beach and a small fishing harbor. The road becomes rocky and steep, requiring a 4x4. Parking is free but limited near the beach. Arrive early to secure a spot.

  • Public Transport

    From Corfu Town, take the B1 bus to Kavos. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and costs around $9-12. From Kavos, follow the walking directions to reach Arkoudilas Beach. Alternatively, a taxi from Corfu Town to Arkoudilas Beach costs approximately $55-70 and takes 48 minutes. However, you may still need to walk a short distance from the drop-off point.
