Bus
From Heraklion, take the public bus from the central bus station (KTEL). Look for the bus heading to Matala, which is a popular destination near Agiofaraggo Beach. The journey takes about 1 hour. Get off the bus at Matala. From Matala, you can either walk or take a taxi to Agiofaraggo Beach. If walking, head south towards the coast, following the signs for the beach. It's approximately a 30-minute walk along the scenic route.
