Bus
If you are in Heraklion, head to the central bus station (Ktel Heraklion). Take a bus heading towards Rethymno. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Rethymno, transfer to a local bus heading to Bali. The bus will stop at several points in Bali; you should get off at the stop closest to the beach area. From there, follow the signs to Γεροπόταμος, which is located about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
Taxi
You can take a taxi from any location in Crete to Γεροπόταμος. If you are in Heraklion, just ask your hotel or a nearby establishment to call a taxi for you. The drive will take about 45 minutes. Make sure to let the driver know your destination clearly. It's advisable to agree on the fare beforehand, or ensure the meter is running.
Walking
If you are already in Bali, you can walk to Γεροπόταμος. From the main beach area, head east along the coastline. Follow the path that leads towards the cliffs. The walk is scenic and should take you around 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Γεροπόταμος, and enjoy the beautiful views along the way.
