Bus

If you are starting from Heraklion, head to the central bus station located at 9, 1866 Square. Look for the bus to Agios Nikolaos or Malia. The bus ride to Gournes Gouvon is approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the Gournes stop, disembark and walk towards the beach, which is just a short 5-minute walk. You will find signs directing you to Gournes Beach.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, take a taxi from your location in Heraklion. Just inform the driver you want to go to Gournes Beach, located in Gournes Gouvon, 715 00. The journey should take about 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Walking

If you are staying nearby in Gournes Gouvon, you can easily walk to Gournes Beach. From the main road, head towards the sea, following the signs to the beach. It’s a pleasant walk and should not take more than 10-15 minutes.

Bicycle Rental

For a more adventurous route, consider renting a bicycle in Heraklion. Follow the coastal road towards Gournes Gouvon. The ride is approximately 8 km and takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Gournes, follow the signs to the beach.
