From the city of Rethymno, take the KTEL bus to Agios Vasilios. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon reaching Agios Vasilios, ask the driver to let you off at the closest stop to 'Unnamed Road'. Once you get off, you'll need to walk approximately 1.5 km along the road towards the gorge. Follow signs or ask locals for directions to Karines Gorge.
