Getting there

Bus

If you're starting from Heraklion, head to the central bus station (KTEL Heraklion) located at 12, 25th August Street. From there, take the bus heading to Agia Pelagia. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Agia Pelagia, the bus stop is near the main road. Exit the bus and walk towards the beach area, which is just a short 5-minute walk straight ahead.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Crete. Simply tell the driver 'Agia Pelagia Beach' or show them the address 'Agia Pelagia 715 00'. The ride from Heraklion takes approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Walking

If you are staying in Agia Pelagia, simply head towards the coast. Follow the signs to Paralia Agia Pelagia. The beach is easily accessible from the main village area, and you will find yourself at the beach within a 10-minute walk.

Bicycle Rental

If you enjoy cycling, consider renting a bicycle in Agia Pelagia. There are several rental shops near the village center.
