From Heraklion, take the KTEL bus service to Rethymnon. Buses depart regularly from the central bus station, with the journey taking about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Rethymnon bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road (E75). Walk straight for approximately 500 meters until you reach the junction with Igoumenou Gavriil street. Turn left and continue walking for about 700 meters until you see Rethymnon Municipal Garden on your right.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Crete. Just inform the driver that you want to go to Rethymnon Municipal Garden located at Igoumenou Gavriil, Rethymno 741 32. The taxi ride from Heraklion will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic.

Walking
If you are already in Rethymnon city center, the garden is easily accessible on foot. From the central square (Plateia Minoos), head south on the main road (Ethniki Odos) towards the sea for about 500 meters. Then, turn right onto Igoumenou Gavriil street. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters and you will find Rethymnon Municipal Garden on your left.
