    From Kamari, follow the winding road up Mesa Vouno. The road is narrow with switchbacks, so drive carefully. Limited parking is available near the entrance. An alternative is to park at Sellada, about 2 km away, and walk. Parking is free.

    Take the local bus from Fira to Kamari. From Kamari, you can either hike up the mountain (approximately 1.5 hours) or take a taxi to the entrance. A bus tour is available from Kamari, which will drop you off near the entrance. Bus fare from Fira to Kamari is approximately €2. A taxi from Kamari to Ancient Thera costs approximately €10-€15.

    Hike from Perissa or Kamari. The trail from Perissa is a moderately challenging 1-1.5 hour hike. From Kamari, the hike is shorter but steeper. Follow the signs and enjoy the scenic views. Ensure you have water and sun protection.
