From Kastro, follow the well-marked path towards Panagia Poulati. The walk takes approximately 20 minutes along a mostly flat trail. Enjoy the scenic views and fragrant herbs along the way. Upon reaching the monastery, descend the 90 steps to access the rocky cove below.

Take the local bus from Kamares to Apollonia, then transfer to the bus heading towards Kastro. Bus fare from Kamares to Apollonia is approximately €2, and from Apollonia to Kastro, it's another €2. From Kastro bus stop, follow the walking directions to Panagia Poulati, about a 20-minute walk.
Taxi
Taxis are available in Kamares and Apollonia. A taxi from Kamares to Panagia Poulati will cost approximately €15-€20, while a ride from Apollonia is around €10-€15. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. The taxi will drop you off near the start of the walking path to the monastery.
