Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Rhodes Town, take the E95 highway south towards Lindos. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Follow the signs for Lindos, and as you approach the village, you'll see signs for parking. Note that cars are not allowed in the village itself, so you will need to park in the designated parking area. Parking costs approximately €3-5 for the day. From the parking area, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis, following the signs uphill.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Lindos by public transport, take a KTEL bus from Rhodes Town to Lindos. Buses run regularly, and the trip takes about 1 hour. The bus station in Rhodes is located near the Old Town, and tickets can be purchased at the station for around €5. Once you arrive at the Lindos bus station, it's a short 10-minute walk to the Acropolis. The route is well-marked, leading you through the picturesque village streets.

  • Walking

    From the parking area or the bus station in Lindos, head towards the village center. Follow the signs for the Acropolis. The path is mostly uphill and can be steep in places, so wear comfortable shoes. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to take in the beautiful views of the coastline as you ascend!
