From Heraklion city center, head to the central bus station located on 1866 Square. Look for the bus marked 'Dafnes' or 'Douloufakis Winery'. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. When you reach the Dafnes stop, disembark and walk towards the direction of the winery, which is a short 10-minute walk straight along the main road. Follow the signs to the winery.
