If you are starting from the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and head northwest on 18th August Street (Odos 18is Avgoustou). Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the junction with Karterou Street. Turn left onto Karterou Street, and walk for about 300 meters. St. Catherine's Museum will be on your right at Karterou, Iraklio 712 01.
