Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, exit the museum and head southwest on Xanthoudidou Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with August Str. Turn left onto August Str and walk straight for about 300 meters. You will find the Venetian Loggia on your right at August Str 25.

    From the central bus station (KTEL), exit and walk towards the main road (Agiou Mina). Turn left and continue until you reach the junction with 1866 Street. Turn right onto 1866 Street and continue walking for about 400 meters. Then, turn left onto August Str. The Venetian Loggia will be on your left at August Str 25.

    If you are near the Lions Square (Morosini Fountain), head south from the fountain towards 25th August Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with August Str. Turn left onto August Str and walk for about 150 meters. The Venetian Loggia will be on your right at August Str 25.
