    From the central square of Katerini (Plateia Eleftherias), head south on 28th October Street towards the intersection with Veria Street. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Veria Street and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see the signs for the bus station (Ktel).

    At the Ktel bus station, purchase a ticket to Dion. Buses to Dion run frequently, typically every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. When you arrive in Dion, disembark at the main bus stop. From the bus stop, head south towards the archaeological site. Follow the signs directing you to 'Macedonian Tomb I' which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
