From the center of Kavala, walk to the central bus station (Ktel Kavala) located at 1 D. Vasileiou Street. Purchase a ticket for Thasos Island and board the bus heading to Keramoti. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon reaching Keramoti, transfer to a ferry to Thasos Island. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Thasos, head to the local bus station and take the bus to Psili Ammos Beach, which is well-signposted. The beach bar is located directly on the beach.

Walking and ferry
If you prefer a scenic route, walk along the waterfront promenade in Kavala towards the Old Town. Continue until you reach the port area where you can find the ferry terminal. Buy a ticket for the ferry to Thasos Island. After the approximately 30-minute ferry ride, once you arrive at Thasos, follow the signs to the local bus station and catch a bus to Psili Ammos Beach. The beach bar is situated right on the beach, making it easy to find.

From anywhere in Kavala, you can easily hail a taxi to take you to the port of Keramoti (approximately 30 minutes away). Once at the port, buy your ferry ticket to Thasos Island.
