If you're driving to Ligia Beach, start from the capital of Kefalonia, Argostolion. Head south on Leoforos Vasilisis Sofias towards Leoforos G. Koutouzi. Continue straight onto Leoforos G. Koutouzi and then take a right onto Epar.Od. Argostoliou - Sami. Follow the signs for Sami and continue for about 15 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Ligia Beach. There is usually parking available near the beach, but be mindful of local regulations.

To reach Ligia Beach using public transport, start at the Argostolion Bus Station. Take a bus heading towards Sami. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you need to stop at Ligia Beach (they are usually familiar with the beach). Once you arrive, you might need to walk a short distance from the bus stop to the beach itself. Be sure to check the bus timetable for the return trip, as services may be limited in the evening.
