Car
If you are driving from Argostoli, head north on the E55 road. After approximately 30 km, you will reach a fork; take the route towards the village of Divarata. Continue on this road for about 10 km. Follow the signs for Myrtos Beach. There will be a turnoff on your right that leads to a parking area near the beach. Please note that parking can incur a small fee (around €2-€5). Make sure to enjoy the scenic views along the way!
Public Transportation
From Argostoli, you can take a local bus to Myrtos Beach. The KTEL bus terminal is located in the city center. Look for the bus heading towards 'Myrtos' or 'Divarata'. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Bus tickets can be purchased at the terminal and typically cost around €5-€7 one way. Once you arrive at the Divarata stop, you will need to walk about 1 km down to the beach.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct option, you can hire a taxi from Argostoli or any other major town. The taxi ride will take around 30 minutes and cost approximately €30-€40, depending on your starting location. Make sure to confirm the price with the driver before starting the trip.
