From Kardamena, head towards the main road (Leof. Grigoriou V) that connects to Kos Town. Walk along this road for approximately 26 km. This will take you through a scenic route with views of the coast. It might take around 5-6 hours, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.

Take the local bus from Kardamena to Kos Town. The bus station is located near the center of Kardamena. The bus operates regularly, and the fare is approximately €2.50. Once you arrive at the Kos Town bus station, exit and head towards Leof. Grigoriou V. The Roman Odeon is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Kardamena. The rental shops are usually located near the beach or in the town center. Once you have your bike, follow the coastal road towards Kos Town. The distance is about 26 km, which may take about an hour depending on your cycling speed. Once in Kos Town, follow the signs to Leof. Grigoriou V where the Roman Odeon is located.
