Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until you reach the intersection with the road leading to West Mani. Turn left onto this road and continue for about 5 km. You will see signs for the Holy Church of Saint Spyridon. The church is located at the address West Mani 240 22, near the village of Kardamyli. There is parking available near the church.

To reach the Holy Church of Saint Spyridon via public transportation, take a KTEL bus from Kalamata to Areopoli. The bus journey takes approximately 1 hour and costs around 6-7 euros. Once you arrive in Areopoli, you can either take a taxi or walk to the church. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from Areopoli to the church.
