If you are starting from Mykonos Town (Chora), head towards the main bus station located near the Fabrica area. From there, take the bus heading to Ano Mera. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Disembark at the Ano Mera stop. Once you get off, head south towards the main road (Epar.Od. Mikonou-Ano Mera). Walk along this road for about 10 minutes until you see a sign for Church of Agios Nikolaos of Kadena on your left. Follow the path leading to the church, which will be situated on a slight hill.

If you are in the area of Ornos beach, you can walk towards the main road. Head east to the intersection where you can see signs for Mykonos Town (Chora). Once you reach the main road, follow it northward for about 20 minutes until you reach the town. From there, follow the instructions to get to the bus station and take the bus to Ano Mera, as mentioned above.

From the popular beach area of Psarou, walk towards the main road by heading north. Follow the road until you reach the intersection leading to Mykonos Town.
