Once you reach Ano Mera, disembark at the last stop. From here, you will need to walk approximately 3 kilometers to reach the Monastery of St. John's of Deti. Follow the signs for the monastery, walking northeast along the rural road, enjoying the scenic views of the Mykonian landscape until you find the monastery.

If you are in Mykonos Town and prefer a walking adventure, you can take a scenic route. Start from the Town Center and head towards the waterfront. Follow the coastline until you reach the main road leading to Ano Mera. Continue walking along this road for about 5 kilometers. It will take you through beautiful landscapes. Once you reach Ano Mera, follow the directions to the monastery, which is about 3 kilometers from there on foot.

For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Mykonos Town. Head towards Ano Mera, following the same bus route.
