Sheep graze among the vines, naturally controlling weeds and fertilizing the soil. Visitors can tour the vineyard, sample Vioma's wines, and enjoy farm-to-table cuisine. The farm also produces vinegar, grape molasses, table grapes, honey, and seasonal vegetables.
