From Rethymno city center, head to the main bus station located on 28th October Street. Look for the bus heading towards Agios Vasilios. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Agios Vasilios bus stop, exit the bus and follow the signs directing you towards Myrthios. Walk along the main road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach Kourtaliotiko Gorge.

You can take a taxi from anywhere in Rethymno to Kourtaliotiko Gorge. Simply inform the driver that you want to go to Kourtaliotiko Gorge, located in Myrthios, Agios Vasilios.
