From anywhere in Rhodes Town, head to the main bus station located at the end of Ethelondon Dodekanisou Street. Look for a bus heading to Mandraki Port or the harbor area. The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mandraki Port, you will see the catamaran cruises signage and staff around the harbor.

If you are already in the Old Town of Rhodes, exit the walls through the D'Amboise Gate and walk straight toward the harbor. Follow the waterfront path for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Mandraki Port. Keep an eye out for the large yachts and ferries; the Catamaran Cruises office is located along the port.
