Walk through the D'Amboise Gate and continue straight. Keep walking on the main thoroughfare (Ippokratous Street) until you reach the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes. Turn left onto Rodiou Street, and you will find Sea Gate located at Rodiou 1-31, just a short walk from the Palace.
