If you are starting from the Old Town of Rhodes, head south towards the city walls. You will want to exit through the D'Amboise Gate. Once outside, turn right onto the main road (Vasileos Georgiou) leading south. Continue along this road for about 15 minutes until you reach the area of the Temple of Aphrodite. The temple is located near the Ancient Agora, which is well-signposted. Look for the ruins and enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding area.

From the main bus station in Rhodes (located near the port), take the bus heading to Lindos or any bus that stops at the Old Town. Get off at the stop for the Old Town (Rhodes Town). After disembarking, walk towards the D'Amboise Gate, exit the gate, and follow Vasileos Georgiou Road south for about 15 minutes until you arrive at the Temple of Aphrodite near the Ancient Agora.
