From Samos Town, head to the central bus station located at the port area. Purchase a ticket for the bus heading to Pythagorio or Vathy. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at Pythagorio. Once you arrive, walk towards the main square, and look for signs directing you to the hiking trail to the Cave of the Seven Sleepers. The trailhead is located just outside the village. Follow the marked path for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the cave.

From any location in Samos, you can hire a taxi to take you directly to the Cave of the Seven Sleepers. Make sure to tell the driver you want to visit the cave. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you arrive, the entrance to the cave is well marked, and you can enjoy the historical site.
