Once you arrive at Kusadasi port, you can take a local bus or a shuttle service to Selçuk, where the Ephesus Archaeological Site is located. The bus ride from Kusadasi to Selçuk takes about 30 minutes. Buses run frequently, so you should have no trouble finding one.
